Hello everyone:-)
My name is Robin and I draw/created the My-Buddies also known as the Mythical Buddies.
I started drawing them over 20 years ago... in 1998 I created my first web site called
mythical-buddies.com I then changed to My-buddies.com.
It has been my hobby.
I work full time as a business professional over in Tampa... I hope one day to do my art
full time. In the meantime... I work on different projects using the cartoons on weekends.
The cartoons were created to evoke feelings of peace, fun and happiness.
The feeling of unconditional love.. pure being :-)
I started drawing them on the computer back in 1998. Oh my goodness... when I started to
use the programs I was so frustrated. I have a digitizer tablet that has a special pen which
sends the picture I draw to the computer. The program I use is for vector graphics and
every time I lifted my pen to position it in a new spot the line would close.. It was a very
different medium from colored pencils. I stuck with it and after a couple of months
everything started to click. I have taught myself all the programs I am using and I created
my web sites. To me they are just another art medium.. A way to express my feelings
to all:-)

many.. many pieces. It is kind of like a puzzle
My current project is the Hearts Power... awareness... to be aware of the Power we
have in our Heart.. the power to create.. the power to heal.... I want to help us to Thrive,
to Expand, to have our true Hearts desires fulfilled....
All of the artwork on my sites are created by me from my Heart:-) The handmade Pillows,
Magic Bags are created, stitched and beaded by me:-) I will be adding new stuff soon:-)
We will launch another Kickstarter project to fund the Hearts Power Projects soon.
I would like to have the products produced on a large scale so we can share
them with people everywhere... especially children that really need to know about the
incredible power they have within themselves.. Other projects will include the My Buddies
as plush buddies:-) more card games and mini books:-)
